UNEMPLOYMENT IN PARIS. GOOD CONDUCT OF POSTAL OFFICIALS. [Press Association — Copyright.] Paris, Feb. 6. Owing to th© floods in Paris thero are 48,000 unemployed. The good conduct of the post offioe employees throughout th© inundations has led'to'the reinstatement of the postmen who were dismissed- after the May Strikes. A Canadian contribution of 110,000 dollars to th© flood relief funds has been unanimously voted. The Mikado of Japan gives £800; and th© contributions' in Franc© ahd from abroad amount to £300,000. The' authorities are feeding, clothing and lodging thousands daily.
