And also that parcel of land being part of Molesworth street m the plan ot the City of Nelson, containing 2 acres 3 roods and 13.6-perches more or iess, commencing- at the south eastern corner of section 388,. City of Nel- • son, thence generally westerly ' 1374, 65, 344.43, 213.5, and 170.5, links, thence south westerly 315.4, and 481.61, links; thence north easterly 125.52, and 637.7 links, to the north western corner of section 372, City of Nelson'; thence generally easterly 200, 100, 11.5, 344.23, and 1411.3 links, to the eastern side of a public street on the bank of the Maitai river. And also all that parcel of land being part of Mill street, on the plan of the City of Nelson, containing 2 roods and .03 perches (more or less),, commencing at the north western comer of section 873, City of Nelson, thence south westerly 500.38, and 103.9 links, thence north easterly 638.8 links, thence easterly 100 links to the commencing point.
