SCHEDULE. All that parcel of land being the street off Molesworth street street on the plan of the City of Nelson, containing 1 acre and 24 perches (more or less) commencing at >a point on the northern boundary of Molesworth street, 292.0 links eastward from ihe south «astern corner of section 388,, City of Nelson, thence nort'i- ' easterly 2302.2 links, thence north westerly 50.0 links, then south westerly 2302.2 links, then south easterly to the commencing point 50. links along the northern boundary of Molesworth street.
