NETHERLANDS NEUTRALITY, [I'bem Association — Coptkight.] Amsterdam, Feb. 4. Replying to Senator Vanheecker, the Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs refused to ask a further declaration or guarantees that Britain and Germany, in the case of war, would respect the integrity and neutrality of the; Netherlands. He added that the integrity of the Netherlands was sufficientl.v guaranteed. The declaration received attention owing to Germany's supposed designs on Holland.
