Members of the State Cabinet are not inclined to take seriously Sir Reginald Enock's proposal for British municipalities to acquire lands in tho overseas dominions for purposes of investment and colonisation. The Premier regards SirJ.W, Tavemer^s suggestion that the colonies should be represented in the House of Lords as a joke.
