MEXICAN PACKING COMPANY.
A RECEIVER APPOINTED;

(Received Feb 3, 10.25 p.m.) New York, Feb 3. A receiver has been appointed in New Jersey for the Mexican National Packing Company, whose liabilities amount to seven million sterling. The appointment of a receiver was necessary owing to the. temporary tying up of many of the company's resources through the recent suspension of the United States Banking Company in Mexico city. The Packing Company will continue to do business Its bonds .stocks and debts are mostly beJd in England.
