THE PATENTS TREATY. - [Press Association— Copyright. ] Berlin, May 20. The Reichstag has ratified the Patents Treaty with America. Baron von Bethmann-Hollweg, Minister of the Interior, expressed the hope that the reciprocal protection of patents would form the basis of the international patents law of the future.
