A BOARD OF EXPERTS. [Uniteii Pbess Association.] Gisborne, March 31. The Borough Council to-night decided to' engage Mr Marchant to report on the drainage. When the report is available it with Mr Mestayer's and Mr JickelFs, will be laid before a boardof ! experts appointed'hy Dr. Mason, the Chief Health Officer.- Mr Holmes, the Chief Engineer, will be one of -the Board, but the other members-are'not ye!> appointed.
