The trial has just; ended. at Jaroslaw, Russia, -of a British subject namicd Davidson, -who, together with a doctor and two engineers and others, was charged with various political offences. The particular ._ charges against Mr Davidson were propagating illegal literature, and delivering speeches against the Government. The Court acquitted Mr Davidson, but sentenced one of the engineers to two months' and a peasant to eight months' incarceration. '
