CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER.
Auckland ,March 30. At the Police Court torday, John Griffiths, about thirty years of age, was charged with that on March 12th h.j feloniously killed and slew Benjamin C. Mores.- Sub-Inspector Hendry applied for a remand until Tuesday next, in order to. allow for the completion of the inquest. Mr Lundon, who appeared for the accused, raised no objection, and the remand was granted accordingly. ■ ■ • «j. '.:-
