Westport, March 30. James Fitzpatrick, who was a single man, and a native of Tasmania, aged 43 years, was killed at Cape Fouhvmd to-day, through a tree coming down on him while he was engaged bush felling on Messrs Bryan and Bowater s sawmillarea. Deceased had no relatives in the Dominion.
