[United Pkess Associatio:*.] ROWDYISM. -;; - - Wellington, March 29. Cuba-street was the scene of an exciting, arrest on Saturday night. A constable was 'attempting to arrest a drunken man, who resisted violently. The latter-was encouraged by several : in the crowd,, which consisted of over 300 people. After an exciting scene ■the drunken man arid three others ( were arrested. They were" brought be- ' fore the Court. to-day, and fines ranging from £2 to £5 were inflicted. For inciting the man to resist one\of the I defendants was sentenced to a month's imprisonment.. - . '".
