LABOUR DELEGATION TO GER- - MANY; 7'a'JA . Received March 29. 11.50 p.m. London, March 28. Mr Keir Hardie. speaking at Mer-thyr-Tydvil, said the effect of Mr Asauithls speech in the House of Commons was such as he had never seen before; resulting in a scare making it easy for the' Government to.beatdown opposition in thSir own ranks to further oxnenditure on the Navy. He announced that .twenty-five members of the Labour Party were going to Germany at Whitsuntide to tell the Germans that "you and we have no quarrel."
