CONGRATULATIONS TO LIEUTENANT SHACKLETON.

The following message was received b.\ Lieutenant Shackleton to-day: — "Shackleton, Commander Nimrod, Christchurch: Enthusiastic congratulations from the International Poiar Commission.— Cagni, Nordenskjold, Lccointe, at Brussels."
