London, March 28. A semi-official report from Rome states that Germany asked the Powers t.: adhere to M. Isvolsky's declaration to Baron Aerenthal, regarding the recognition of the annexation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. A Reuter telegiam from- Vienna, states that Sir Edward Grey intends to ask for an adjustment of AustroServian differences before the Powers recognise the annexation. Baron Aeronthal's reply will bs that -..these are two entirely distinct questions. " . .
