CANADIAN-PACIFIC RAILWAY.
Received March 14, 4.30 p.m. Ottawa, March 13. The Government will lend the Grand Truzik Pacific Railway two million sterling at 4 per cent, for a period of ten years, for the purpose of completing the Winnipeg-Wolf Creek section.
