Hoskins, proprie-' tors of, the Lithgow Iron Works, and C. - Hoskins individually, for locking out, their employees on July_9th last, the. Industrial Court was of opinion that Messrs Hoskins ■ had not acted out of ill-will or with the intention to force the men iuto submission, but from a feeling of • annoyance. . In the first case the firm was ■' fined £50, and C. Hoskins £10, with £10 10s costs in each case. . J
