One of the Arab crew of the- French steamer St. Louis, which arrived from Vila on Sundayi was discovered to be suffering from plague. The steamer was removed from the wharf to quarantine., :\. (Received March 9, 0.30 a.m.) Another case of plague, is reported, the victim being -a man working at a flour mill in Goulbduru street!" It ;is stated that dead rats i^ere found oh the premises some time ago.
