Tlie "Natal Mercury reports that an agreement has been signed at Johannesburg, whereby the Lorenzo Marqnez railway and port will be taken over by the British as part of the Union railway system. The agreement provides that Delagoa Bay shall receive 50 per cent of the Transvaal import trade.
