ABOUTMAKERS' DISPUTE.
[United Press Association.] Christchurch, Feb 28. All attempts at conciliation in the bootmakers' dispute have faiJed, and it has been referred to the Arbitration Court. A motion was unanimously passed recognising the efforts of Commissioner Triggs for a settlement be-■tween-the parties. '.It is left to the Court at which chief centre' the dispute will be heard. "
