...» — - [United Pbess Association.] Dunedin. Feb. 26. Professor Scott, -of Canterbury College School of Engineering, Mr J. J. Niven, of Napier, formerly connected with a large foundry there, and Mr J. Edward Roberts, 0.E., of Dunedin, have been appointed members of the Commission to enquire into the management of the Addington workshops, and the alleged "Government stroke" there. It is understood thait Mr Scott will be chosen chairman.
