CRICKET COACH.
Christchurch, Fob 22. • At a meeting of the Canterbury Cricket Association to-night a discussion took place, as to tho re-enn-aga-ment of E. Humpliroys, tho English professional, as coach for the- nei.t season. The secretary reported that at present the deficit on the coach fund was about: £100. It was decided to hold over the. question of further gagement until 'this amount is subscribed. Mr Humphreys leaves fcr England to-morrow. . ■.'.
