WRECK OF THE PENGUIN.

MORE BODIES RECOVERED, -: HALL'S BODY FOUND. THE RELIEF FUND. (Per United Press Associatbn.) Wellington, Feb. 21. A very heavy southerly, with a rough sea, was blowing to-day at the scene of the Penguin wreck.
