Wellington, Feb. 18.: Herbert John Sears, » carpenter « employed by the "Wellington- Harbour ' Board, was this morning in the -Polipe 1 Court , - convicted on a charge of steal- 1 ing a pair of boots from a case on the - 1 wharf, and was fined £3, in default * 14 days' imprisonment.
