Our Christchurch correspondent wired last night that some of the relatives of those who' were drowned by the wreck bf the .steamer Penguin have proceeded to WeUington _to attend the public funeral, or to bring back the bodies bf those they desire to have buried at Christchurch. % The Union Steamship Company issued free passages to the relatives for the return journey.
