A communique issued at Paris recording that fact acknowr i ledges the value of Britain's steady suppart of France's policy, thus helping to perfect the agreement. London, Feb. 10. Sir Edward Grey, Secretary of i Foreign Affairs, has informed M. . Pichon that Britain welcomes the agreement.
