NELSON DREW UNSUCCESSFUL (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, Feb 7. Great interest was taken in the annual regatta oft the Wellington Rowing Association, held in the harbour yesterday. Tne weather conditions were perfect, •' a very light poutherly- breeze cooling the. temperature without in any way interfering with the oarsmen.
