BREACHES OF AWARDS.
[United Pkeus Association.] Wellington Feb- 4. Dr- McArthur, S.M., heard some cases of breaches of industrial awards to-day. Mrs M. Nathan, hotel 5 proprietress, was lined £5 for a breach of the preference to unionists clauses of the cooks' and the wait-ers'-^award. For failing to pay an employee overtime rates Messrs Dickson Bros., butchers, were fined £2. „ _■.'••,-•
