Dnnedin, Feb. 3. I This morning Mr Widdowsqn. S.M., fined Alexander Sinclair Gillanders, . -the manager of the Freeman's colliery, at Abbotsford, £5, with costs, for a breach of the Act in not maintaining 150 cubic feet of air per minute for every man employed underground. '
