TECHNICAL BREACHES.
Dunedin, Dec. 9.
Andrew .Running, master of the steamer Dorset, . pleaded guilty at the Court to-dsy to three cbarges of employing senmea without entering into an agreement, and was fined 53 and costs on the first charge, and convicted and ordered to pay costs on* the other cbarges. Tne evidence showad that stress of weather prevented the signing of the articles.
