"The Times" -Vienna 'correspondent says that there is a growing feeling that Austria is drifting aimlessly but .steadily towards, war, whereto all except some military and ultramontane circles are opposed. M. Pellavicini quits Constantinople in a few days hence. The > German Levant and Hausa lines declare that t-rusy are directly interested in the noliwcirfreconstraction in the Near East,, as Germany's duty is loyalty to her ally, and to actively support Austria's shipment of Austrian goods for the Levant.
