In connection with the second ballot for the Nelson seat, the totals at present are : — Atmore 2879 Graham ... ... 2898 One seaman's vote was received yesterday, which leaves four seamen's rights yet to come in. These are expected to-day. Mr Graham's majority is now nineteen. Scrutineers have been appointed by each candidate,' arid ,the usual scrutiny of the rolls, under clause 132 section 1, of the Electoral Act, 1905, will take place to-day. .
