'" j - It is estimated that Oho rise at today's sale is equivalent to an increase of 3d per lb on the finer wools over the closing rates at the final sales of the season in February last. I In addition -there has been a rise of . about a.half penny all round over the prices realised' at the Southern sales | last week, and altogether the posi 1 tion is regarded : as extremely satisfactory and likely to have a far reaching effect^ on business generally -in the Auckland province.
