There are some- curious idiots in the world. One of the strangest; has just been convicted of "ink' slinging" —not the newspaper sort, but wantonly throwing ink over, the dresses of women in the streets of London. The man — named Loirias— wore a top hat and a frock coat— and other things — when arrested; and he said, "It's no use denying it- I>m , ver y sorry. I don't knaw what mode me do it. It's not inkj it's indelible pencil, which I scrape and dissolve. You'll find "some in. a'Tjottle which I threw away just before-'you caughtme." He ruined a large number of dresses.
