GROUND OF THE ABOLITION.
Kecaived Nov. 24, 0.8 a.m. Teheran, Nov. 23. Toe Shah's rescript was addressed to reactionary priests. The basis of the abolition of the constitution was on the ground that their ne^v Constitution was against Islamic laws.
