London, Nov. 20. : Japan's guaranteed ioitn issue of £2,000,000 for the Industrial Bank of Japan to develop Korea has been largely over-subscribed m Londou. The Natal £500,000 3}£ per cent loan bas beeD subscribed teufold at 9%i and is now quoted at 1 per cent premium.
