WELLINGTON TRADES AND LABOUR COUNCIL
[United Press Association.] Wellington, Nov. 19. The Wellington Trades and Labour Council to-nigbt removed its secretary, Mr W. H. Westbropk«, from office, in consequence of an interview which appeared in the "New Zealand Times," in which Mr \Ve3tbrooke expressed the view that tne labour party was committing political suicido in severing its alliance with the Liberal party.
