In the Assembly Mr Bowman, after an hostile criticism of the evetsts leading up to the formation of the coalition ministry, and the "iGo- - vernment proposals, moved "That the constitution of the Ministry is a violation of 'the will of the people as expressed at the ballot box in February, and it theiefore does not posr 5363S the confidence of the House.' The Premier, in replying, declared that the real reason for the motion was the ammosiiy of the ' Labour Party to the Premier. The debate is proceeding. ;
