FIRE AT WAIROA.
. FOUR BUILDINGS DESTROYED. Dargaville," Nov 16. A fire broke out at 2.50 on Sunday morning at Wairoa in Mr Bill's office, which ' was ' destroyed, also Collins store, Sergeant's shop and the Gentlemen's Club.- Mr Bills was insured for £600 and he estimates his loss at £1000 above that sum ; Mr Collins was insured for £1500, and he -puts his loss at fully £2000 ; 'Mr Sergeant was insured for £250 and his loss is" put at £450; and the Club was insured for £470. and its loss is fully £570. The origin of the fire is unknown. A six roomed house at Waingaro, near Takaki, owned and" occupied by Mr William Barlow, was destroyed by fire at elven o'clock yesterday morning. The "building was insured in the Queensland office for £200 but the contents were uninsured.
