He refused to be removed to the Pavilion of Peaceful Longevity, thus violating precedent, nnd expired without douning the proper rubeß or indicating the site of his mausoleum. A hundred days' mourning will be observed for tha Emperor, and twenty-saveu months in the case of the Dowßger.
