WEATHER FORECAST.
The following is Captain Edwin's weather forecast to 3 p.m. t;o day :— Moderate to strong easterly winds northward of Napier and Now Plymouth, but moderate to strong northerly elsewhere, and falling barometer everywhere. There are some indications- for ram northward of Thames and Manukau Heads.
