ATTEMPT TO BRIBE FOOTBALLERS.
1 London, Nov 12. A coal dealer at Wigan has been sentenced to two months' hard labour for attempting to bribe Todd and Johnston, New Zealanders, now members of the Wigan Northern Union football team, to lose a match.
