A MYSTERIOUS AFFAIK.

" Perth, Nov. 11. The bodies of seven natives, dead apparencly a week, and two partly eaten by bogs, have been found in the bush near Lavertonl There are no details, but ton police are investigating the affair.

A SYNOD'S RECOMMENDATION.

(Received Nov 13, LlO a.m.) , Sydney, Nov 12. _ The Anglican Synod carried a motion requesting the next General Synod to take action for the removal so far as the Australian Church is concerned of the obligation for liturfical use of the Guicunque Vult. The ccision was arrived at largely because of a resolution passed by the Lambeth" Conference to the effect that the several Churches of Anglican . Communion might decide for .them selves what in their varying circumstances was desirable. :
