Mr Walter Long, addressing the Wel3h Unionist Association, London, said tbe nation was proud of the determination and strength wherewitn the Government faced . recent f-reign political events. The Guildhall speech was worthy of a great Minister, and Mr Asquith might rely on tbe ungrudging support of his political opponents as long as he continued the course. he marked out. Following that speech the country would look for action.
