France has accepted .the German formula expressing mutual regret for the Casablanca incident, which involved acts of violence, and providing that whichever country the arbitrators find responsible should apologise to tbe other for' .tbe action of its agpnts. Tbe formula' was signed in Berlin yesterday, aDd the alarming aspect cf the v cident has thus been terminated.
