MR MOFFATT'S CANDIDATUER

Mr Moffatt yti.l speak at the Hapny Valley school to-murrow evening. : Mr Mcfffatt/ addressed a meeting of electors at the Haven Road school last evening, a fair number of ladies being present. Mr Tynde-11 occupied the cnair. Mr Muffatt spoke on the same lines as at -t 13 HichmoDd meeting. Ue strongly urged that thosa intending to support him— and there were very many- who had declared their intention ' of doing so — to~give him .all the help they could. He was daily receiving assurances that he nould poll heavily. On the motion of Messrs Howard and Pearce, Mr Mnffatt was accorded a hearty vote of thanks for hia able address.
