OPINION.

Vi E arc requested to advise, whether in a district in which no license has been carried any breweries in such districts can remain o?en for the sale of beer. Under the "Licensing Act 1908,"-. section 146, it is unlawful to ss!l or exposo or keep for sale any liquorwithin such district, but this does not apply to sales by brewers cf liquor of their own manufacture to persons not residing or carrying on business within the district and to be delivered outside the district.
