Mr Edward Branscpmba (who will be remembered as the organiser of the Westminister Abbey G)ee and Concert Party) advises us that he is bringing- to -the Dciuimoi} a musical company known as 'The Scarlet Troubadours' a party of society entertainers (ladies and gentlemen) who give refined and novel musical performances in character and costume.
