The water shows very little trace of mineral matter. 1 have been unable to get the Health Department's analysis forward in time for this meeting of your Council. I have not gone into the question of route oi' cost of the scheme, an I confined my investigations strictly to the minute in my business boob. Sbould the Council desire the above information I will be pleased to receive their instructions in this connection.'*
