Signor Henri Caruso, the famous tenor, who wa9 fined 14 months ago on a charge of annoying a woman in a monkey house at the New York Zoological Gardens, has been vindicated. A woman on being fined for drunkenness aud fighting at New York, confessed that it was she who had complained to Detective Kane that Signor Caruso had annoyed her in the Gardens.
