The Garrison Band was somewhat weak in members last evening, but the music was never the less good. Thoaa interested in the Band will regret to learn that Bandsman H. Lamb has been seized by illness, and is in a critical condition. Bandsman Lamb is one of tbe most prominents member of tbe Band, and his illnes3~ is mosfc unfortunate it view of the coming contest. We hope a few days will bring out a decided lmrovement in his condition.
